The Dark Knight is not only a great superhero film, but a great film in general. It combines the genre of a superhero film into a crime thriller that has never been done before. A movie that is 2 hours and 32 minutes in length that feels like and hour shows the true power of storytelling. Christopher Nolan with this film has shown the multiple layers of story there is to be told in comic book films. The Joker portrayed by Heath Ledger is superb! The best villain I have ever seen portrayed in a comic book film to date. Sorry Jack Nicholson but it"s true. I loved what Nolan did with the Harvey Dent character by showing is evolution into two face in the end of this movie, but (SPOILER ALERT) I was disappointed that they killed him off 20 minutes after he became two face, but it still was a great portrayal from Aaron Eckhart and did fit within the story of Bruce Wayne in Nolan"s trilogy. The Dark Knight is my favorite film of all time and I"m not ashamed to say that a Batman film is my favorite film of all time. Nolan is also my favorite director working to date! Excited to see the rest of his work because the man has not missed yet.

The second installment of the dark knight trilogy is great to watch. Heath Ledger did a great job portraying the joker at his best before passing away at a young age. Christian Bale did a great job playing batman once again. the film is exciting to watch over and over. the film is non-stop excitement until the end of the movie. the cast is does a great job. Christopher Nolan does a great job in directing the dark knight movie. it would of been even better if Harley Quinn was in the movie with the joker would of been awesome. the action in the movie is great it gets more interesting further in the movie. The movie is amazing to watch its one of this movies to watch over again. I recommend that you watch the movie.
